Availability Needed

We have an exciting opportunity that is coming your way.
We are now advertising for a Senior Care Assistant role within the company.
Applicants must possess the following.
- [ ] Have a full driving licence as you will be going out and doing, Spot checks on staff members, satisfaction surveys with clients and care plans for new service users. Full training will be provided.
- [ ] Be willing to join the on call rotation, this consists of one day in the evening and the rotation of weekends. Weekend on call is paid at £50 per weekend.
- [ ] Must possess the ability to be able to be neutral when dealing with other staff members
- [ ] Have the drive, ambition and pride to help the company grow.
- [ ] To be able to work tightly with in the office team.
- [ ] To be able to maintain a high level of GDPR at all times.
- [ ] Must be able to work week days, evenings and weekends at short notice if needed.

We are a domiciliary care agency that provides a wide range of care to our survice users in the community around the FY1 to FY5 area.
we pride ourselves on being professional, compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable around all the aspects of care we provide.

What we’re looking for:
- [ ] compassionate, caring and reliable individuals who want to make a difference to peoples lives.

- [ ] Drivers with a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

- [ ] That you have the right to work in the uk (Sponsorship not provided)

- [ ] Evening and weekend availability preferred but not essential

What kind of care can you expect to give:
- [ ] companionship
- [ ] shopping
- [ ] medication aid
- [ ] personal care
- [ ] end of life.

What are the insensitive options available to you?
- [ ] Competitive rates of pay ranging from £12.80 per hour on Weekday’s and £13.00 at the weekends.

-[ ] Weekly Pay.

- [ ] You will also be eligible to claim for a blue light card, this can give you access to thousands of discounts online and on the high street.
- [ ] Our call visits can range from 20 minutes up to 3 hours.

- [ ] Repayment of 30p per mile paid back on your petrol.

- [ ] Enhanced DBS paid for.

- [ ] Full training over 2 days (paid) where you can also complete plenty of E-Learning.

- [ ] Twice a year we invite an external tutor in to go in depth and be able to gain certification in certain aspects of care.

- [ ] After 6-12 months we are happy with you and vise versa we can offer you to start you NVQ level 1 in care and progress to level 2 all being well and it’s all paid for by us.

The domicilary profession can be fast paced and isn’t suitable for all.
