Are you feeling the intensity of this energy? The rage? Shame? Autopilot in life in general? Crying out of nowhere? Blocks at every angle? Lots will be experiencing this along with existential crisis and being confronted with yourself on such a profound level it will make you question if you’re even real. This is the dark night of the soul that feels like an internal pressure cooker sent to force you to surrender into the unknown and release the last remaining fears especially when it comes to visibility. This part of the journey isn’t about what shaped you into who you are today. It’s not about the traumas you endured through life needing to be healed. No. This is about confronting yourself full on and integrating your human self with your soul so that you can be the true embodiment of an awakened being living in your true purpose. I get asked Al the time by clients “what is my purpose?” And I answer the same each time. “Your soul knows and when you are ready you will be shown” you have to understand yourself on the deepest level before you will be granted permission to walk that sacred path. And for many healers and energy workers this dark night of the soul is illuminating the way. It requires you to leave your old self behind and to have the total ego death in order to transform into your truest highest self embodying both the human and spiritual selves as one. This is the union timeline.

So what they do is they’ll advise you as a way to get you to agree or see their point so that they get the validation they need via the moral high ground.

I’ve been sitting with this ache in my chest after watching a little boy in Palestine say goodbye to his cat — killed in a bombing. His face. His heartbreak. It broke something open in me.

And then I scroll… and I see people pouring out tubs of scented beads for a video. Beads that cost more than it would to feed a family for a day. People throwing food around for “content.” Discarding. Consuming. Wasting.

I’m not saying we shouldn’t enjoy life or have luxuries — but when indulgence becomes mindless, when waste becomes aesthetic, something is broken.

This isn’t judgement.
It’s sacred rage.
And sacred rage wants change.

There are children starving. Animals suffering. Entire families in rubble. While some of us scroll past it all and call it “too much.”

If you feel this too — this grief, this fire — I invite you to turn it into something.

You’re not ascending if your roots haven’t met the underworld. If you haven’t touched D£. Or decay.

✨ As above, so below. As within, so without. ✨

This won’t resonate unless you’re already deep in the work.

True ascension begins the moment your roots are anchored in the depths of hell — not before. You don’t blossom until you’ve sat with the rot. Until you’ve felt what it means to be broken open.

We need to stop romanticising healing. All this love-and-light fluff? Escapism. You can’t bypass your own shadow. You can’t outrun what lives inside of you — conscious or not.

If you’re brave enough to journey to the underworld, to face what you’ve abandoned, then and only then will you be gifted your true power.

Shadow work isn’t just tears in the forest and screaming under the moon. It’s coming face to face with your inner monster — the perverted, unloved, distorted versions of yourself you’ve tried to suppress.

The wounded child still screaming to be seen. The shame. The rage. The need. It’s all sacred.

And it comes in layers.

Every time you meet a new layer with truth, your body will respond. You’ll purge. You’ll get sick. You’ll shake loose the false identities and outdated beliefs your nervous system was clinging to.

But this is how we grow roots. Deep ones.
