At Bliss Holistic Healing, I’m always guiding my clients to support their bodies between treatments — and your lymphatic system LOVES gentle daily care.
Here are some simple, effective ways to keep your lymph flowing and your body feeling lighter, calmer, and less congested:

✨ 1. Drink Warm Water Throughout the Day
Warm water stimulates lymph flow, supports detoxification and reduces bloating.

✨ 2. Dry Body Brushing (2–3 minutes)
Use long, gentle strokes towards the heart — perfect before your shower to boost circulation and reduce fluid retention.

✨ 3. Gentle Movement
A little goes a long way. Try walking, stretching, bouncing on your toes, or light yoga. Movement = lymph flow.

✨ 4. Deep Belly Breathing
Your diaphragm is the pump of your lymphatic system.
Try: inhale for 4… hold for 2… out for 6.
This reduces stress + improves drainage.

✨ 5. Self-Massage for Neck & Chest
Soft downward strokes from the ears to the collarbone help open your main lymph ducts.
