Crisis situations can be incredibly stressful for individuals and families, especially when support is needed quickly. That’s why we’ve launched our Rapid Response Team - providing fast, professional, nurse-led care to help stabilise urgent situations and offer reassurance when it matters most.

Our experienced teams can support people of all ages, including those with mental health needs, autism, ADHD and learning disabilities, responding swiftly to help reduce distress and restore calm.

This new service strengthens our commitment to delivering safe, responsive and person-centred care, even during life’s most challenging moments.

Crisis situations in health and social rarely come with a warning. That's why we've launched our Rapid Response Team - a dedicated nurse-led service designed to provide immediate, stabilising care within 2-4 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We can support with a wide range of conditions including mental health, neurodivergent conditions (including autism and ADHD) and learning disabilities - across all age groups.

The RRT reflects our commitment to delivering flexible, responsive and person-centred care, even in the most complex and time-critical situations.

🧡 A positive step forward for Alzheimer's & dementia care 🧡

This BBC article highlights a major breakthrough - a new finger-prick blood test that could support earlier diagnosis of Alzheimer's - helping people and families access the right support sooner. This is a huge step in the right direction!
