While I’ve been on maternity leave, I’ve still been busy behind the scenes working on some exciting new things for Thomas Medical Services.

First… we now have a brand new reception area, which some of you may have already seen 👀. We wanted to create a more welcoming and comfortable space for all of our patients when they arrive at the clinic.

Secondly, we’ve joined a new software system called Semble. Semble is a medical management platform used by many private clinics and it allows us to manage appointments, patient records and communication all in one place. This will help streamline the way we run things behind the scenes, making bookings, follow-ups and patient communication even smoother and more efficient for everyone.

From the very beginning of starting my business, my focus has always been our patients. Every decision we make is about improving your experience and making sure you receive the best possible care. Investing in things like our new reception area and systems like Semble helps us continue to grow and improve the service we provide for everyone who trusts Thomas Medical Services. ❤️
