Her role is all about making sure every care plan and risk assessment is carried out to the highest standard - keeping our care safe, effective, and always in line with Cherish values.

Coming together as a team 💜
Our recent patch meeting gave us the opportunity to connect with our incredible carers, many of whom work independently out in the field.

It was a valuable chance to hear their experiences, listen to any concerns or complaints, and share important updates. We also made sure everyone was stocked up on PPE and had the tools they need to continue doing their amazing work.

We’re proud to support such a dedicated team, and moments like this remind us how important it is to stay connected. 🫶🏼

Our Care&Share Baby Bank is really short of hospital bags as we give several out each week so if you have any unwanted back packs or larger zipped bags please can you drop them off at Tarnside even a small flight case or holdall would do x thankyou x

A Little Walk

Earlier, Peter was feeling very confused and wasn’t sure he was at home. So his carer, Prie, took him out for a walk around the neighbourhood. Along the way, they greeted some of his lovely neighbours and pointed out familiar spots.

By the time they returned, he smiled and said, “Yes, this is my house.”

Moments like these are a beautiful reminder of how powerful a bit of fresh air, connection, and reassurance can be.

Grateful for the little wins.
