Here at Berwick House, staff and residents enjoyed visiting 1940s weekend. All enjoyed reminiscing, listening to the music, watching the dancing and looking at military vehicles whilst enjoying a picnic in the sunshine. 🎵💃🕺🧺☀️

🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️🏐 Here at Berwick House. All residents enjoyed there first visit from G Fitness. There was lots of laughs and all residents really got stuck into it. 🏐🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️

Having regular physical activities offers various benefits for for our residents, including improving their physical health, enhancing there mental wellbeing, and increasing their social interaction.

These benefits contribute to a better quality of life, helping our residents maintain independence and enjoy a more fulfilling lifestyle.

Lisa’s passion, creativity and care shine through in every meal she prepares for our residents.

Lisa carefully balances nutrition with comfort and of course often takes requests from residents of their favourite recipes. Those extra thoughtful dishes bring smiles to every table! 🩷💚
