Some days you need to give your self some credit and self appreciation . I am sometimes ( a lot ) hard on myself and I don’t give myself enough credit. Training today when I sooo didn’t want to and felt broken and sooo tired but still got it done to reach my goal and when it was done felt good 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
