"I've been a first aider for over 10 years, and I’ve never enjoyed the training as much as I do with Reg. The course is always set at the right pace, there is just the right of information and Reg’s training technique is top notch. Reg is very helpful, friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I always enjoy listening to Reg’s stories and situations that he’s found himself in or knows someone who has experience of a particular first aid incident. This is not only interesting but helps me to process the information. The practical element was great and this along with visual aids always helps me process the content as I have neurodiversity. I always come away feeling confident and the information seems to be staying in my brain. Reg should teach first aid throughout the NHS, not just NHS Digital as in my opinion there’s no one better to deliver!"
