Although, correlations are important part of scientific process to understand if there could be a relationship between two things. it doesn't always workout that way. The thing being measured is causative. When it has been put through a more vigorous testing methods.

Who am I?
I joined the army (chef) at the age of 16,completing a tour of Afghanistan at the age of 18 not long after I was being treated for mental health, PTSD, psychosis, anxiety, depression. Five years later I was made redundant which led me on the journey of education. Resulting in an nutritional transformation that improved my overall mental health. In addition, I lost over 4 stone going from 30% body fat to 8%.
Qualification
BSc Nutrition and exercise science degree, Msc Nutrition and exercise science, Certificate in promoting public health (open university), Catering and hospitality (level 2), diabetes care (level 2), understanding health improvements (level 2).
