🎅 Join us for a festive pop-up stall on November 13th from 11:00 to 14:00 on the Mezzanine at Blackpool Victoria Hospital!

🎁 We'll have a sleigh-load of Christmas goodies, a fun "Name the Dog" competition, and all the info on our upcoming festive charity events such as Walkies for Wards and The Elf Run!

🏅 On 12th October, Jay Barker ran the Manchester Half Marathon in memory of David Gilbert Craine.

We had the absolute joy of welcoming the little stars from Kids Planet Nursery to Blackpool Victoria Hospital and our Blue Skies charity. With their cheerful energy and adorable pocket hugs, they lit up the building and brought smiles to everyone they met 💫

As a thank you, we gifted them our Blue Skies colouring books and pens, because kindness deserves a splash of colour! 🎨🖊️

🤯 YES, HE DID IT! 🤯

🏆 A massive congratulations to our incredible supporter, Michael Harrison, who completed IRONMAN Barcelona this past Sunday, October 5th!

For those who don’t know the challenge, that means Michael conquered:
🌊 A 2.4-mile sea swim!
🚴 A 110-mile bike ride!
🏃 A full marathon!

💪 That is a feat of mental and physical strength few can even imagine. Michael, your dedication, both on the race course and in your continued support for Blue Skies, is nothing short of inspirational 👏 🩵

🚜 🩵A Heartfelt Thank You to Stuart Marginson for organising Hannah’s Tractor Rumble! 🚜🚜🩵

🩵 We’re sending a HUGE thank you to Stuart Marginson, organiser of the incredible this event, for once again choosing to support Blue Skies Charity at this year’s event.

🚜 ‘Hannah’s Maggie the Tractor’ proudly led the convoy through Chipping on September 8th, raising an amazing £995 for the Haematology Unit — all in loving memory of Hannah Metcalfe, who sadly passed away in May 2024.

🩵 Your generosity and community spirit mean the world to us. Every penny raised helps us continue supporting patients and families when they need it most.
