From Monday I will be closed for Christmas, 🎄💫 its been quite a year of Changes from my new sessions and how I chose to work for the better of my clients, to personal changes with the loss of our beloved dog Bear, 💜🐾 an extremely different kind of year for sure.

This Christmas break will be welcomed to recharge. 💥

💫A message to my lovely clients and followers,💫

Thankyou for your patience and understanding over the last few weeks, some of you may be aware that I stepped back for a short while to honour some personal healing after the heartbreaking loss of my beloved dog Bear, its been an emotional time, and I'm deeply grateful for the space to breathe, feel and gently heal and restore my energy.
As I return, I do so with a softened heart and renewed presence.
Grief has reminded me of the importance of pausing, listening inward, and allowing ourselves the compassion we so often offer to others.

I'm now opening my diary again and easing back into sessions with calm, grounded energy. If you feel called to reconnect, book in, or simply reach out, I'm here holding space with the same care, intention, and healing support as always.

Thankyou for all your kindness for myself and my family. I look forward to working with you again soon.
