We are a HIGH QUALITY and CONSISTENT Care and Support Service offering a tailor made care/support package for children, young people, adults, older people and their parent/carers and family. Family and Carer Support

Support is included as standard practice, when required, for parents/carers and families when Adaptable Support Ltd support or care for your loved ones. Companionship
Signposting to other local services
Impartial emotional support
Small errands that do not distract from the support provided to the client. This list is an example of some of the services we can provide and is therefore not limited to the above. If the support or care you require is not listed, please contact us to discuss your individual needs.

*Updated Information*

Our previous statement was that the Company will close officially on 28th February 2025. However, due to increasing external pressures and to ensure safety, our service will close today (Wednesday 19th February 2025)

We thank you for all your support over the last 6 years and sincerely wish you all the best for your futures.

Hi Everyone,

It is with great sadness that a decision has been made to close Adaptable Support Limited. Over the years the company has provided care and support to those most in need within the Local Community.

Adaptable Support Limited opened their doors in 2019 and have supported children with additional needs, young adults with independence skills, accessing social groups and support to access employment, provided high quality care to ensure that people can remain in their own homes for as long as possible and holistic care for those at the end of their life.

This is a situation we have tried desperately to avoid, however circumstances outside of our control has resulted in the commencement of liquidation for Adaptable Support Limited. We will work tirelessly to provide support to all service users and their representatives to ensure that the transfer of care to another provider is completed as smoothly as possible.

The Company will close officially on 28th February 2025 and services will start to cease gradually over the coming weeks.
We thank you for all your support over the last 6 years and sincerely wish you all the best for your futures.

Hello my wife and I would like to introduce ourselves my name is John and my wife is Katy. We have cared for Katy's Mum for over 10 years and my dad for the past 5 years. We have found it hard to find the right carers to fit the needs of Katy’s Mum. So we decided to set up our own business to offer the highest level of care that you deserve within your home and the community. We are all about the care and we will adapt to your needs not you adapting to ours.
