If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment. We can reschedule.

There are lots of bugs doing the rounds right now, particularly norovirus 😷😷😷
If you have been vomiting, may I ask that you do not attend your appointment for at LEAST 3 days after you've stopped being sick.

I am asking this to keep myself fit and healthy but also my vulnerable clients.
I have quite a few with auto-immune conditions and some having cancer treatment, so this could be devastating for them.

I would rather you cancel and reschedule than risk someone else. Likewise, if I am ill I will cancel, as I don't want to spread what I have and risk my clients.

I appreciate all of you and your continued loyalty. I don't like having to write these sort of posts. It comes from a place of care though.

As this year is coming to a close I'd like to thank you for trusting me with your beautiful bodies and the hope that I brought some peace, relaxation and pain relief to some of you.

I'm out of office until January 8th and it'll be 2026!!! I can't believe how fast this year has gone!

Something you may not know about me.....
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a few years ago. It's a condition that I'm very familiar with and I know that massage and complementary therapies really do help.
