Relax Kids Blackpool and Fylde Coast Hi there! I am the Relax Kids coach based on the Fylde Coast bringing lovely relaxation sessions to children and families.

Relax Kids Sessions take your child, teen or even yourself as parents, grandparents, carers, teachers, from a high energy state slowly down to a blissful low energy relaxed state. We start with movement and games followed by breathing, stretching and massage (self or peer) and we end with affirmations and visualisations. The benefits of introducing relaxation from a young age are incredible. Teaching children about their emotions and self-soothing techniques is undoubtedly beneficial to every aspect of their lives. In our sessions, we encourage kindness, self-respect, peaceful thoughts and empathy and a generally soft and quiet time. The themes of our sessions can vary from the Jungle and Sea Adventures, to Ninjas and Superheroes. The possibilities are only limited by our imagination. We look forward to bringing you aboard our Relax Ship for some awesome inspiring Chill Out Time that everyone deserves.
