The long Easter weekend is something many people look forward to.

Time with family.
A Rest.
A break from the usual routine.

But for some people, this weekend can feel very different.

Easter can bring reminders of people who are no longer here.
Loved ones who used to sit at the table.
Traditions that now feel quieter.

For others, a long weekend can highlight loneliness, when the world seems busy with plans and you are navigating the days alone.

Not every difficult moment is visible.
And not everyone will say they’re struggling.

Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is slow down for a moment:
check in with someone,
send a message,
or simply listen.

And if this weekend feels heavy for you, please know that you're not alone in feeling that way.

Moments like these are a reminder that behind every ā€œI’m fineā€ there may be a story we can’t see.

Take care of yourselves and each other this weekend.

Bullying has been around for a long time. It happens whenever someone or a group sees another person as different or less important.

What has changed is that bullying and cyberbullying now have stronger and longer-lasting emotional effects, often unrecognized as grief.
