Making those dreams come true, celebrating the super moon with beautiful women this week ✨

What to expect from our moonlight workshops;
✨Starlight relaxation circle, welcoming in the energy for the session
✨a reflection practise, last night we used reflective questions to dig deeper into our current desires and things we want to let go of
✨Grounding practise, our last session we used aromatherapy and cocao to ground us into being present in the moment (this was then gifted to them to take away with them)
✨Oracle card pull and affirmation card pull to help guide you in your journey
✨Sauna and Cold plunge (optional cold plunge) to support recovery and mental wellbeing
✨finishing with a specifically created meditation to close the circle, with blankets, candles, and lots of heat accessories for nurture 🫶

Last night our meditation also included physical touch to support deeper grounding and relaxation into the meditation 🧘‍♀️
