Mindfulness doesn’t have to be complicated.

Feel the heat of your breath.
Notice what’s alive in this moment.
Let your thoughts slow, without forcing them to stop.

Presence is your power & it’s always available to you.

Join us this evening for our very first special guest workshop with

Tonight: 7:30pm

A guided breathwork session to activate energy in the body and move awareness through the chakras.

We’ll begin in a circle, using the breath to activate prana (life-force energy) and move it up through the body. Through powerful breathwork, we’ll build heat, move energy, and guide awareness up through the chakras, from the base of the spine to the crown.

We’ll also work with breath holds and gentle energy locks (bandhas) to support the movement of energy through the body.

You may experience sensations, emotion, clarity, or a deep sense of release.

The session closes with stillness, gratitude, and Reiki to help integrate the experience.

People often experience emotional release, deep relaxation, or meditative states; but every experience is different, so come with no expectations.

No experience needed.

Facilitator: Sarah Wild Soul, Sarah has a background in yoga, breathwork, sound healing and Reiki; Sarah has spent time travelling and learning from different teachers and traditions around the world. Her work blends ancient yogic practices with modern understanding of breath and the nervous system, creating sessions that are both grounded and deeply experiential.

Please note:

This is an active breathwork practice, so you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and go at your own pace; you can slow down, pause, or rest at any time.

This practice is not recommended if you are pregnant, or if you have a history of epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or severe mental health conditions.

If you have any health concerns or are unsure, please feel free to check in before joining.

Meet

Elizabeth blends traditional yogic philosophy with modern movement, creating classes that feel both grounding and relevant to the pace of everyday life.

Her approach supports not just the body, but the mind too - helping you build strength, find moments of stillness, and reconnect with yourself in a way that lasts beyond the mat.

Expect thoughtful, balanced practices that leave you feeling stronger, clearer, and more centred.🧔

Because yoga isn’t just what happens in the studio… it’s what you carry with you afterwards.

Soft terracottas, warm earthy tones and those quiet, rustic details that make a space feel instantly grounding.

From the very beginning, we wanted Agni to feel like a home away from home, somewhere you can exhale as soon as you walk in.

Cosy corners, sun-warmed textures and a palette that brings you back down to earth.

Built with intention, so you can feel it in every detail.🌿

We love seeing you capture moments of your journey, so you’re very welcome to take videos before and after class at Agni Yoga. Once class begins, though, we invite you to leave your phone outside the yoga shala.

This space is here for you to soften, arrive, and be fully present. In yoga, we practice pratyahara (drawing the senses inward), allowing ourselves to turn away from external distractions and reconnect within.

Keeping phones aside helps create that sense of calm, where your practice can be present, without expectation, comparison, or the pull toward capturing a future moment.

It also supports a shared environment where everyone can feel at ease and free to move and breathe without distraction.

Of course, we honour that life sometimes asks us to stay reachable, especially for those on call or in essential roles.

In those cases, or times of emergency please feel free to keep your phone nearby. Otherwise, we kindly invite you to leave it in the cloakroom and gift yourself this time to fully unplug.

Thank you for helping us co-create a space of presence, respect, and connection 🧔

Snippets from our Sri Lanka Retreat…there’s a feeling people often speak about after spending time on retreat…

A sense of belonging.

Of being held, welcomed, and part of something - even if you arrived not knowing a single person.

That same feeling is at the heart of Agni 🧔

This isn’t just a place to come and move.
It’s a space to land, to connect with yourself & others, and to feel part of something special.

To build a practice that’s yours, while being surrounded by a community that supports you in it.

Come alone or with a friend… we can promise you one thing, you won’t feel like a stranger for long.

Our bolsters are ready!!šŸ˜

At Agni Yoga, sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do. Wherever possible, we choose to keep things local. Nurturing relationships with makers and businesses who share our values of care, integrity, and connection to the land.

Our bolsters are lovingly sourced from a local farm in Lancashire, using locally grown buckwheat, thoughtfully harvested and handled by Lancashire farmers. Our founder, Charlotte, has been practicing with these bolsters for years, and when it came to choosing equipment for Agni, there was never another option.

Supporting local producers not only reduces our environmental impact, but also strengthens the community we are part of, something we deeply value.

If you’re a local supplier offering sustainable equipment or conscious products, we’d love to hear from you.

Please do get in touch as we’re always excited to collaborate with like minded people and continue building something rooted, ethical, and nourishing together.
