🌿🧘♀️One of my favourite ways to stay nourished and energised throughout the day is by blending up some delicious smoothies. 🥤 Whether it's before or after practice, these recipes have been my go-to for keeping that yogi glow going strong:
1. Green Goddess 🥬: Spinach, avocado, banana, almond milk, and chia seeds. Packed with greens for that natural boost!
2. Berry Bliss 🍓: Mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey, oats, and a spoonful of almond butter. Perfect for a morning treat.
3. Tropical Dream 🍍: Mango, pineapple, coconut water, lime, and a handful of fresh mint. Tastes like a holiday in a glass!
4. Energiser Bunny 🍌: Banana, espresso shot, protein powder, and oat milk. The perfect pick-me-up when you need a little extra.
5. Cacao Comfort 🍫: Raw cacao, almond milk, dates, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Because who says you can't have chocolate for breakfast?
