This is so important.
For most of this year so far I've been busy looking after other people, to the point that I forgot to take care of me.

I finally had to take some time out to concentrate on me. Reconnect to the world that I believe in. The Angels.
They completely shut me down and helped to reconnect.
But I am slowly coming back, so if I don't post as regularly as I should then that's the reason why.

When life gets a little to much and you feel that it's going at 100mph it's OK to take some time out.

That's exactly what I've been doing for the last few weeks or so.

Recharging my batteries, reconnecting to with myself withthe help out my Angels. Spending time with the quietness of Lincolnshire.

Now I'm back to life at 100mph. My grandkids are all back at home, invading my house as usual, taking care of my mum and running my little business.

My name is Sandy Pugh and I am a mum, a daughter, a sister, a wife & a best friend. I am also the founder of Angelic Guidance.

Life offers us lots of challenges and it is how we deal with them that matters the most.

It been quite traumatic for me through various different situations and I have always searched for a way through.

In 2005 I suffered a nervous breakdown due to life events and this is when I discovered how I dealt with it all.

Through a psychic friend I was introduced to the Angel cards and I felt an instant click. I felt at peace with myself. Since then I have asked the angels to help me with every area of my life.

I’ve always believed in all things in the elemental kingdom although I did not understand this fully. As I got older, I learned to react upon my gut feelings and intuitive thoughts, though at the time I never realised they were part of the psychic world. I have only just come to understand that I have clairvoyant, clairsentient and claircognizant abilities.

In 2016 I took early retirement from the civil service and planned on working, unfortunately my mum had a minor stroke and her vascular dementia became worse and so I became her carer.

I got to a stage in my life when I wanted to do something for me. I decided to expand on my existing skills as an Angel therapist and this is when Angelic Guidance was born.

Fairies are very much real spiritual beings, just as angels are spiritual beings.

Both angels and fairies are spiritual beings of the light, but they exist at different levels of vibration.

There are of course many different types of fairies just as there are angels.

The sessions that I offer, help people in every aspect of their lives and can help to point them in the right direction.

Sessions can be through one to one card readings in a private setting or via skype, parties and therapy sessions

The outcomes of booking a session and working with your angels are:

1. Sense of worth

2. Insight into your future

3. Positive outlook

4. Relaxation

I have further enhanced my skills by completing further courses in numerology, colour therapy and Angel therapy.

I am also completing courses in bullying, counselling and child protection to help more people with issues that they are facing. I truly believe that this is my pathâ€¦.. to help people.
