A full hour of letting your mind and body fully relax. This sound bath is good for anyone who needs to de-stress, who can't sleep well, plenty of tension and anxiety.

As your led down all comfy on your mats I will be guiding you through a relaxation meditation whist playing the healing frequencies. As the sounds wash over you, your brain waves slow down to a lower frequency allowing you to enter into a space where you can shut off for a while.

Hiya everyone,

I just want to say that I have been a bit quiet here on social media, I have a huge personal project going on, so my posting has been very much lacking lately.

I am here though staying consistent with my sound baths and 1:1 treatments. Always showing up for my clients when they need me ❤️ always giving 10000% no matter what.

I'm still here. Just a bit quiet. I love all my clients and all of you that show up to my session and private healings and appreciate you so much.

I will be making time for posting again from now on.
