Join us for a lovely Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea on Sunday 15th March between 2PM-5PM and treat Mum to a relaxing and delicious afternoon she deserves! ☕🍰

Enjoy a delightful selection of freshly brewed tea, homemade scones, cakes and sweet treats, all served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect way to spend quality time together and celebrate the wonderful mums in our lives.

Bring the family, relax, indulge, and make it a Mother’s Day to remember 💐

✨ Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your table and avoid missing out! We ask for £5 per family member to help cover the costs of our delicious treats 🍬

We are pleased to inform you that following the recent outbreak of infectious illness, and after completing all necessary infection control measures, the home is now reopen to visitors with immediate effect.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this time. Your support has been greatly appreciated as we worked to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our residents and staff.

*Message to Families*

(Guidance sought from Public Health Wales)

Dear Families,

We hope you are well. We are writing to remind everyone of the importance of seeking prompt medical advice if any family member has symptoms of scabies, such as persistent itching—especially at night—or a rash that appears in lines or clusters.

If you, or anyone in your household, has been diagnosed with scabies or has had direct contact with someone who has it, it is essential that all immediate and extended family members who have been in close contact also receive treatment, even if they are not showing symptoms. This is vital to prevent further transmission and to help protect both your loved one and other residents in the home.

Please consult your GP or a medical professional for appropriate treatment, typically Permethrin cream or as advised.

If you have any concerns or believe you may have symptoms, please inform us as soon as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

We wanted to inform you that, due to an outbreak of illness within the home, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the home to all visitors. This is a precautionary measure to help prevent further spread and to keep your loved ones safe.

Our team is actively managing the situation, following all infection-control guidance, and ensuring residents are well supported and monitored.

We will keep you updated and will reopen for visits as soon as it is safe to do so. If you have any urgent concerns about your family member, please feel free to contact us directly.
