Christmas is over and the New Year is upon us. You’ve probably resolved to overhaul your entire life this month - but why not start gently (or more firmly, if that’s your thing) with a massage?

You don’t need to change everything. Take the you that’s already pretty great and start evolving. Truly care for yourself and your body - it’s your one true home, after all.

We have availability throughout the week, but appointments fill fast.

Looking forward to welcoming you back onto the mat when our classes resume on 5th January ✨

Everyone is welcome - whether you’re a past, present, or soon-to-be yogin. Our classes are friendly, inclusive, and suitable for all bodies. We celebrate the fact that we’re all different shapes and sizes - after all, it would be pretty boring if we were all the same.

So if you fancy stretching, strengthening, and finding your balance, join us on Monday evenings at Oakdale Community Centre and Wednesday mornings at Maesycwmmer Community Centre. We’d love to see you there 🧘‍♀️💜

The Christmas trees are up in our venues in Oakdale and Maesycwmmer Community Centre and our last classes of the year will be candle and tree lit.

Book your space now and we'll move, stretch and relax amidst this busy festive period.

We've classes on Wednesday 10th, Monday 15th and Wednesday 17th to round off our year of movement and Meditation.

2nd week of December and just a couple of weeks left of in person classes.

Let's not completely write December off because we're busy. Our nervous systems are not designed to operate under such high stress levels over sustained periods. Give yourself time to restore, rebalance and revive this festive period.

As always all levels, genders and degrees of flexibility are welcome.

Lovely evening out with the yoga gang last weekend (this is 4th attempt at posting this, hence the delay!)

Company was great, as always, service at the restaurant was interesting 🙄 and has given us plenty to talk about since 🤣 thanks all for a lovely evening. Let's have a think where we can go in the summer 😁❤️
