At Village Support Services, we fully understand the meaning of ‘family’, as we are a family-run business with the aim to support local people and their families. We were established over 20 years ago by a carer with hands-on knowledge, supporting adults to remain independent in their own homes. We have grown into a well respected service provider with skilled staff in place to support people of all ages with a variety of health and support needs.

What a year! We as a team feel so privileged to have met and supported so many wonderful Clients during this time.

As a Management team, we are so so fortunate that our amazing Team continues to choose to represent Village in the community. We will continue to do all we can to reward your loyalty and devotion to the wonderful Clients we support. 🥰

As part of this, we introduced an annual 'Performance Reward' cash bonus scheme at the start of the year; this focuses on certain measures including always showing up for Clients when agreed, providing the agreed support Clients deserve, evidencing work using our app, communicating with each other effectively, and just being generally all-round wonderful people!
