We think this Ralph frame from our designer range, and the special anti reflection coating - which also guards against blue light emitted from screens and digital devices - has made for a fantastic pair of spectacles!

This is the lovely Willow-Rose, who collected her fabulous new spectacles from us recently. We think this frame looks great and we really like the black with gold colourway which definitely gives the frame some class and interesting detail! 👏🏻

We're all aware that being physically active is important for our health and general wellbeing, but it can benefit your vision & eye health too. In fact, being active can help in the fight against common eye diseases such as and age-related macular degeneration ( ).

It doesn't have to be strenuous activity either, simply getting up and going for a walk, could benefit your sight. Low intensity exercise, such as walking, has been shown to be beneficial for eye health. A recent study in PLoS Biology, found that peripheral vision improved in walkers regardless of whether they walked briskly or strolled along!

Rebecca recently collected her new distance spectacles from us and we really like the classic gold double bridge design. Double bridge frames were a huge trend in the 80s and they’ve definitely made a comeback - we have so many people are asking for them!

If you’ve got old or currently unused spectacles lying around at home, please don’t throw them away!

We collect them on behalf of our local Lions Club who send them away for recycling.

Feel free to pop them into our practice.
