How does it work?

◇ You contact us via DM, WhatsApp or FB to book an initial consultation

◇ During your consultation, we will assess your problem areas and injuries and work out the best way forward

◇ You will then attend a follow-up appointment, where we will follow-up on your injuries and rehabilitation plan (if applicable), and continue any hands-on treatment

☆ Please note, you do not need an initial consultation to book a sports massage. Sports massage is a 25-minute hands-on treatment catered to your specific needs.

I am thrilled to announce that I am now accepting appointments, For enquiries or bookings please contact me via DM, WhatsApp or page.

My name is Jacob and I have recently graduated from Cardiff Met Uni with a MSc in Sport Rehabilitiation. I am BASRaT Accredited, and have practiced and refined my skills working with Cardiff Met RFC, Dragons RFC and am currently working with Newport County AFC Academy.

Having played rugby for 15 years, I have a thorough knowledge and experience of dealing with injuries, as well as general skills such as strapping and massage.

I am excited to start this new chapter and expand my skills.
