*Relaxing Meditative Sound Bath*

20th January @ Abersychan - 7PM

Are you struggling with relaxation? do you just need some you time? are you looking for healing for mind, body and spirit?

Then why not join me for an evening of Guided Meditation sound healing, the mix of crystal sound bowls, gongs and my spiritual guides will help to let all of the stresses of life to slip away, allow the relaxation to flow through you and get some well needed rest.
Benefits of sound therapy include, improved sleep, pain management, relaxation, the release of emotional blockages.

All you will need to bring along is a Pillow, Blanket, some Water and an open mind.

Tickets are limited as all my sound baths are limited to 10 people to allow for an intimate experience.
