Happy New Year 🎊 and that's 2025 done, so well done to all of you who battled through and overcame the challenges thrown at you.

2026 has only just begun so let's make it the best that we can 😄 We will be here for you no matter what happens, and we would like to thank each and everyone of you for being here and making this group what it is. Remember, one step at a time!

Happy New Year from us all at No man left behind Wellbeing Group! 🎉 We hope you had a wonderful Christmas 🎄 🧑🏻‍🎄🎁

As we step into 2026, we want to wish everyone health, happiness, and fresh starts.

To all the men out there: why not make this the year you prioritise your wellbeing? Join us for a gentle walk and talk this Saturday morning 3rd January and burn off those calories from all the turkey, snacks, and chocolates we have all had this week. The route will start from Blaenavon Medical Practice carpark, meet up time is 10:15am and we will start walking at 10.30am. Our final stop will be at the Goose And Cuckoo pub. We will stop there for a pint and light lunch if people want to bring some cash or card. We should get to the pub for around 12pm - 12.30pm if people just want to drive around or can't do the walk

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, or simply enjoy some fresh air, this walk will be a great way to start the new year right.

New faces are always welcome! Take the first step—literally—and make 2026 the year you focus on yourself. Wear suitable footwear 🥾 and dress for the weather 🌧️

Merry Christmas to all our followers, we will have our usual meeting This Saturday 6th December at Victory Church Blaenavon, 10am to 11am. There will be tea, coffee and Toast. This is your chance to chat to other guys who have lived experience of adverse mental health. Please, do come along and join us. There's no cost involved, you will not be forced to sit in a circle and tell your story, we can pretty much guarantee to have a laugh whilst offering support to all.

We also have our Christmas meal this Saturday Evening. All orders and payments need to be in before Thursday. See you all this Saturday 🥳 🧑🏻‍🎄🎄❄️☃️

When times are hard, it's easy to isolate, withdraw, and feel like you need to hibernate, but often these are times we need to reach out. We understand this can be difficult, many of us have been in this situation, and while the first step can be the hardest, it will be worth it.

No man left behind is a peer support group where you can talk about almost anything, and there will be no fear of judgement. We are all here to support each other and that's the beauty of the group.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME !

Hey Folks hope you are all well. Our next No Man Left Behind meeting is next Saturday May 31st 2025 at 10am Victory Church Blaenavon

No man left behind is a mens group dedicated to removing the stigma and getting men talking.

Just turn up, its free to attend, no need to book, listen or join in and share, it's up to you, no pressure. We offer peer support from lived experiences, we are safe, non-judgemental, supportive and completely confidential.

The group currently meets on the 1st Saturday of each month Meetings start at 10:00 and we aim to finish at 12:00.

After cancelling last month's meeting we are really looking forward to catching up with you all again ☕

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our next men's peer support group will be cancelled for Saturday May 3rd. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will return next month on Saturday 7th June. 1 Year Of No man left behind 🙏❤️

A year ago, we never imagined we’d accomplish half of what we have today. What started as a mission to create a safe space for men to open up and be heard has grown into a supportive local community that stands together through thick and thin.

In just one year, we’ve connected with some great men and we got to know them personally.We have also connected with other ministries to help us grow into a successful mens support group.

To everyone we’ve met and all those who have supported us along the way – we thank you, and to every single man who has walked through our doors: none of this would be possible without you. We love you and will keep showing up, every step of the way ❤️

What a journey. The best is yet to come 🤝
