Growing up, we carry the weight of expectations—society’s, our family’s, our own. But at some point, we realize that our journey is ours alone. Shedding the need for approval is one of the most liberating steps we can take. The real question is: are you living for them, or for the person you were always meant to be?

We can have a very entrenched self-belief that we are not good enough. Often we are used to fulfilling a certain role in family and friend dynamics...usually a negative role at that. Look after yourself and break free from your imprisoned mind 🤗
