I'm originally from the North East of England though moved to Scotland with my wife in 2004. I have a passion for the outdoors and fitness in general and over recent years have taken part in many outdoor events. Whilst training for these events I incorporated massage into my preparation and this sparked my interest to learn more after realising the many benefits that treatment can bring. In 2013 I embarked on my training with Scottish Massage School and since then I have qualified as a therapist achieving Diploma's in Swedish Massage and Remedial & Sports Massage. Since qualifying I have set up a therapy room at my home in Blairgowrie and manage massage appointments around my full time work with BT. I also work with Athletes Angels who provide a massage service at major outdoor events around the UK and I am an assistant tutor with Scottish Massage Schools for their Swedish Massage course. Massage can have many benefits including:
