Hi.. Just to say a huge thank you to everyone who has made a donation to my charity run on the 29th June.. The current total is now more than £1000 which is amazing and I'm so grateful for all the support!!! Hi all.. Had a campervan trip to the Trossachs last week to hunt out some new ground for training runs.. Completed a very hilly 17 miler from Brig o Turk, amazing hill tracks, scenery and weather.. Followed this up with a 30 mile cycle round Loch Katrine with obligatory coffee stops, this was a first class ride in stunning surroundings.. Legs are feeling good at the moment so hope this continues as I start to push the mileage up.. If you're are able to donate to these worthy causes that would be very much appreciated... Just a wee update.. Training is going well for my charity run on the 29th June and so far the joints are just about holding up.. Joined the very friendly and supportive Blairgowrie Runners for the first half of my 15 mile run on Saturday, great company so a big thanks to them.. Fund raising is also going well with the total well beyond my initial target of £500, it'd be fantastic to reach £1000 so if you can help out in anyway that would be very much appreciated.. As well as raising money for Pancreatic & Bowel Cancer I also would like to make a donation to the Oasis Suite at North Tees Hospital who provided excellent care for a close family member.. 🙏..
