We also had 2 Birthday's at the weekend at the Muirton.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind to us on Saturday for our Summer Fayre but every cloud as they say has a silver lining and our silver lining turned out to be a fabulous dancing display indoors for our residents to enjoy.

A big thank you to all the stallholders who persevered as long as they could in the rain and everyone who came out to support us.

Also to Lacey, a talented young piper who started things off for us and Linda Tosh (who kindly opened the Fayre for us )and her talented dancers who gave our residents an amazing impromptu display 🥰

We've had a busy week here at Muirton House preparing for our Summer Fayre tomorrow but we've still had time for some fun.

Whether its a trip to the Friendship Cafe or Tea Dance , a trip to our local Wetherspoons, time spent in our lovely gardens or a poetry session with Gail, there's been lots going on this week. We hope to see you tomorrow at our Summer Fayre.

Our Summer Fayre is on tomorrow .

Linda Tosh will be opening the Fayre and her dancers will be there to entertain you . Lacey a talented young piper will get things started at 11.30 so come and join us. Enjoy a wander around the various stalls, have a go at the Tombola and buy some raffle tickets for a chance to win some amazing prizes (a couple of teaser photos below but there are so many more prizes including some fabulous gift vouchers from some
wonderful local businesses). Treat yourself to something from our cake and candy stall and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at our refreshments stall. There's something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you tomorrow 11.30 to 4pm

We had a lovely afternoon of musical entertainment when Blair Ukes came to visit us here at Muirton House. Our talented resident Bill even sang a duet of "Summertime" with Jane. We look forward to them visiting us again in the future

🥳Not long to go till our Summer Fayre on 19th July. 🥳

A big thank you to the local businesses detailed below who have donated some fabulous prizes for our Raffle.

Raffle tickets can be bought from our Activity Team here at Muirton House or at our stall on the day . £1 for a strip of 5 tickets.

We are grateful to Kenneth Allan Butchers at HW Irvine, Piob Mhor of Scotland, Something Special Flowers, Tesco, The Dreadnought and The Two Bells for supporting us with our Raffle and our Summer Fayre.

The countdown is now on for our Summer Fayre on 19th July.

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated prizes for our Raffle and Tombola. Watch out for our Facebook posts showing the lovely prizes you could win and also detailing the stalls you can buy from on the day.

Linda Tosh will be opening our Fayre and her dancers will be there to entertain you.
We also have Lacey, a very talented young Piper getting the day started for us and we'll be joined by Blairgowrie Fire Brigade from 1pm to 3pm.

You can buy Raffle tickets on the day . Save the date and come and join us. We look forward to seeing you there
