Lots of clients have been asking about intestinal issues lately, something quite close to my heart, along with supporting menopause with nutrition. This website and lady have been recommended to me by a life coach who has/is using her services. Here are some free resources which may be of interest:

New group for expectant and New Mums, in Perth

Saw this today and thought I would pass on.
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
"Because someone bumped into me!!!"
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?
Life provids the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affrmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

❣️PLEASE READ! THE most important update I’ve ever written…

I’m so sorry Ranch Fans that I’ve not updated anyone on the charity’s eviction notice recently. It’s been really difficult knowing what to say, or rather what I could actually say..

So for the past 6 months myself and a handful of amazing people have been working relentlessly with solicitors, planners and professionals on a ‘Plan B’ for the charity which was going to mean the animals and I get to stay on this piece of land, WITH planning permission and therefore prevent the eviction notice coming into force on Sept 3rd.

This was all going so well and was looking so positive now everything was being done properly (and not just me fumbling my way through things as I’ve had to do in the past.)

However things have literally just taken a nosedive, to put it mildly, and myself and the animals unfortunately now have to vacate the site unless we can purchase the land for £500k. Obviously for such a small charity this is a huge, huge amount but we have to stay positive - nothing is impossible!

So if there’s any chance that this could, in our wildest dreams, be achievable, I have edited the original fundraiser. If we reach the target then we can buy the land and stay… absolutely blummin’ amazing! BEST THING EVER! But if not, whatever is raised will go towards either buying / renting new land or paying for the physical move, which in itself is going to be a huge feat.

❤️Here’s the link: https://gofund.me/cdbd9860

❤️As always, if you prefer you can donate direct to the charity’s bank account:

❤️The Happy pants ranch (Lloyds)

❤️With ref: “LAND”

❤️And also, if easier, via Facebook just giving at the bottom of this post.

Without this land to be on, all the plans that have been worked on, are useless. And I, now, devastatingly, have until sept 3rd to remove myself, the shelters, fencing etc and, of course 400 rescue animals, off this piece of land, unless we can buy it.

Of course I’m in bits, but have to do everything I can to save the sanctuary. It’s a huge feat and one that right now I’m finding hard to come to terms with, but it’s not the first time myself and the animals have unfortunately been in this awful position, and we got through it, so I have to believe we will be saved…

So short of me meeting a millionaire in the next week, (form an orderly queue please!) we now have to reach out to everyone and anyone who can help in any way, shape or form.

Maybe YOU know someone who:
💚Might be able to loan / donate / gift the very £500k we need to buy the land
🩵Owns a piece of land the sanctuary could relocate to and possibly buy if we don’t raise enough for this land
💙Has land we could rent or just use temporarily
🩷Knows a Richard Branson or a Simon Cowell?

This would be an AMAZING opportunity for someone to invest in a wonderfully worthy organisation who not only helps animals but helps the local community and people everywhere. The future potential is immense.

In terms of new land, realistically the charity would need around 10 acres but of course lesser (and more!) options will be considered! Anything will be a help! Of course local is most ideal as the physical cost / logistics of the move only go up the further away, but again, ALL options considered.

Obviously I also need to find legitimate sanctuaries who might be able to take on some of the animals, again, temporarily or permanent - I will not let anything happen to these animals.

Cockerels and pigs are the animals we need homes for the most - but who also happen to be the two animals no ones wants and that most sanctuaries are already completely full up with.

Please just spread the word, ask everyone and anywhere you can and hopefully with the power of you guys, the universe and positivity something will come up - as it did last time.

I have to believe that.

🩷PLEASE if you can’t donate to the fundraiser, just share far and wide..

Love and huuugest of thanks as always, Amey and all the animals (and hoomans) at The Ranch xx

Ps. I know the haters are gonna hate and the trolls are going to love this but please keep your comments kind and remember there’s a real human behind all this, who’s only ever tried her very best just to save animals. Who has sacrificed everything: a house, money, job, relationships, health - for nothing but the love of helping needy animals.

Right now, and most likely, most of the time I’m in tears because of the situation the charity now faces and I’m just trying to get through one day at a time, so please bear with me.

Trolls you have no idea how much your nasty and negative comments hurt me and those who support the sanctuary, so, please if you haven’t anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
