Looking Beyond Symptoms – Aberdeen Health & Wellbeing Festival
At the Aberdeen Health & Wellbeing Festival, many conversations highlighted how misunderstood the root causes of common health complaints still are.
Alongside these discussions, we carried out non-invasive bioresonance scans, which look at energetic stress patterns in the body. These scans don’t diagnose disease, but they can highlight areas where the body may be under strain — such as toxic load, EMF stress, digestive imbalance, and challenges with nutrient utilisation.
A key focus was gut health. The gut microbiome — trillions of microorganisms living in the digestive tract — plays a vital role in nutrient absorption, immune balance, and inflammation regulation. When gut integrity is compromised (often referred to as leaky gut), the immune system can become overstimulated, contributing to bloating, IBS, fatigue, and widespread inflammation.
We also explored how environmental factors, including electromagnetic exposure, chronic stress, and ultra-processed foods, can add to the body’s overall load. Appetite-suppressing solutions don’t address these foundations — long-term health comes from reducing stressors and supporting the body with whole, nutrient-dense foods.
Throughout the event, I tested a range of people presenting with different symptoms and imbalances. Many showed patterns linked to toxins, EMF stress, and metabolic strain.
It was genuinely rewarding to help people connect the dots — understanding what to avoid, what to prioritise, and how small changes can make a significant difference to long-term wellbeing.
