I know it sounds simple, but getting your 2.25 litres in each day will make such a difference this week

Katy originally lost an amazing 5 stone with us, but after some stressful life events her weight gradually crept back up by 1 stone 7lbs. She knew she wanted to take control again before it spiralled, and thatโ€™s exactly what she did.

Katy got back on plan in January 2025 and reached her goal weight again by the end of February. She then spent the rest of the year focusing on maintaining her loss and she did it! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Now sheโ€™s happily maintaining, enjoying a varied and balanced diet, and keeping active with running and bouldering. After a wonderful summer of events, she says she finally feels confident and like herself again โค๏ธ
