Transformation Tuesday with Karen ๐Ÿ‘

When Karen came to her Consultant after the New Year, she wasnโ€™t totally convinced sheโ€™d stick with it. Like so many, she hoped this would be the year. She hoped sheโ€™d finally find a healthier way of life.

She had the support of her family. But what she really needed was to believe in herself.

Been away this weekend camping for the British Grand Prix ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
It never worries me going away like this too much as I can take my โ€˜shake and goโ€™ kept in our cool box! ( perfect breakfast!)
I try and stay on plan as much as possible but sometimes itโ€™s harder with the festival food and all the amazing food to offer!
So Monday morning and back on plan ๐Ÿ’ฏ% ready for the next occasion round the corner!
This diet does suit to dip in and out where necessary as long as you get back on plan immediately and drink plenty of water ( which Iโ€™ve done all weekend!) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Š

โ€œIโ€™ve lost 6 and a half stone in total now. ๐Ÿ’ช

Becoming a mum was the most incredible thing, but along with all the joy, I lost myself along the way. I put my own needs last, and after a year of being a mum, I felt exhausted and uncomfortable in my own body. I knew I had to make a change to be healthy, full of energy, and truly enjoy the moments that matter most. ๐Ÿ˜

Iโ€™m so grateful to The 1:1 Diet for giving me my life back. The steps were easy to follow, and the support kept me going. My health has improved massively, but the biggest change is how I feel. The daily worries are gone, and a weight has been liftedโ€”both off my body and my mind.๐Ÿคฒ

Iโ€™ve lost 6.5 stone so far, and my life no longer revolves around my weight. I can simply live. โค๏ธโ€

โ€ข Increase your daily steps.
Why not head out on a walk with a friend instead of a coffee shop catch up? That way you get some extra steps in without even thinking about it.
