7 Health Habits for Weight Loss

💭 Always Think Positive - change your mindset to ‘I Can!’

🍳 Don’t Skip - kick start the day with a meal that’s going to boost your metabolism and leave you feeing full through the morning.

💦 Drink water when you wake up - in fact drink water all the time. I really notice each week when I haven’t drunk my 3ltrs of water a day. It helps to flush toxins, helps you feel alert and reduces .

🌓 Don’t eat to close to bed - it’s going to stay on your hips all night. You’re not active enough to shift it, it’ll digest really slowly and disturb your sleep.

🍲 Make lunch your biggest meal - I like to restrict my carbs after the afternoon, eat my largest day around mid day and then have smaller meals in the afternoon to keep my ticking.

🚶🏻Move everyday - whatever it is, from walking more, taking the stairs, or afternoon delight, Move more and enjoy the

💤 Prioritise good sleep - setting bedtime routines and boundaries is really important and it also makes sure I wake up more naturally refreshed ❤️
