Welcome to Lotus Therapies. My name is Sarah and I am excited to be starting a new chapter in my career as a qualified Acupressure therapist.
My therapy space is ready for anyone who:
- has any aches / pains / injuries / headaches
- feels tired / drained
- feels emotionally stuck or vulnerable
- simply wants to relax and give themselves some much deserved 'self care'
Acupressure is a technique that uses thumbs, fingers and hands on specific pressure points to relax and / or stimulate the bodies energy channels. Clients remain clothed.
I can offer full treatments or seated treatments, depending on the individual's needs and preferences.
