Looking for a way to escape the matrix?
In our normal waking state our brain operates in BETA brainwave frequencies where we DO thinking (and overthinking), routines, behaviours, autopilot patterns and reacting to the world outside of us, which some might call the matrix.
When your brain shifts into Alpha or Theta brainwave states (like daydreaming or just as you are about to fall asleep) some profound things can happen.
This state is a gateway to the subconscious mind where creativity, intuition and and real lasting change can happen. Where you can gain some liberation from the scripts and stories you run every single day.
You can EXIT the constant stream of thoughts, take a break from mental chatter, get out of the programming of limiting beliefs, and ENTER a flow state, a place of timeless awareness, disconnecting from linear time and that pesky (over) thinking.
This is all possible with the smallest amount of effort in my sound offerings. The method I work with maximises the possibility of entering Alpha & Theta states (and sometimes even Delta - deep sleep state) like pressing the PAUSE button on the outside world.
And when you return from these states you often feel clearer, more centred, less attached to outside noise, less stressed, more focused, emotionally regulated, less anxious, able to sleep better, more insightful, creative and experience less pain.
