This evening consisted of me blending up my last 3 case study products for my Aromatherapy Practitioner's course.
I embarked on this journey 10 months ago, so its felt like a very long time coming, to get to this point.
Studying over 70 essential oils plus carrier oils & hydrosols, then completing 50 case studies, while working full time has been a challenge!!
However I have enjoyed creating every single product & hearing the feedback on how they have positively impacted people & helped them with their ailments & conditions has been so rewarding!!
Thank you so much to everyone who has willingly tested a product for me- you are all superstars!! I will be delivering these last couple of products over the next week & chasing any outstanding feedback, before I head to Glastonbury & submit my course work.
Incase you haven't guessed- I absolutely adore essential oils, aromatherapy & blending. I cannot wait to become a fully qualified Aromatherapist, I have so many exciting plans- watch this space ......💚

Super busy morning creating 5 separate case study products including;
A foot soak for arthritic feet.
An oil for a arthritic knee.
An oil to reduce inflammation, following an injury to a foot.
A cream to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
A shampoo to promote hair growth.

I'm still on the lookout for 6 more case studies including:
Painful periods.
Dry/chapped lips.
Oily skin.
Acne.
Rheumatism.
Eczema.

Case Study Call.......

Right, you lovely lot, I have 10 case studies left in order to complete my Aromatherapy Practitioner's course.
I'm after 10 individuals prepared to try out the following products for a specific condition. There is only one space for each. It will be on a first come, first served basis, so be quick if you want to get involved.

-Hand cream for very dry/chapped hands.
-Lip balm for very dry/chapped lips
-Skin application for eczema.
-Bath salts for painful periods.
-Lotion for acne.
-Skin application for gout/ inflammation.
-Conditioner for dry hair.
-Face scrub for oily skin type.
-Skin application for Rheumatism.
-Pillow spray for any compromised sleep conditions.

Case study candidates will need to be prepared to complete a full consultation with me & inform me of any medical conditions, medications taken & allergies. Anything you tell me will be treated with the strictest confidence & will only be shared with my tutor.
I will also require you to give me some feedback after you have used the product.

Had a wonderful day at The Mind, Body, Spirit & Book Fair at the Blandford Corn Exchange today.
Lots of wonderful vendors, workshops & talks. Had the privilege to give Traditional Reflexology to some lovely souls & met & chatted to many more.
A big thank you to my beautiful friend Fin for facilitating such a gorgeous event to raise funds for The Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance . I hope this is the first of many!!

A quick altar change up to begin Beltane celebrations.
Looking forward to catching up with my witchy tribe tomorrow evening to celebrate properly.
I absolutely love this fire festival! It always feels like the start of summer to me & the fact this year, it falls on a full moon.....it feels extra magical.

3 weeks today, this lovely event is taking place at the beautiful, newly refurbished Corn Exchange- Blandford.

Its free entry with lots of talks & work shops included.

There will also be lots of vendors offering therapies & lots of beautiful items for sale.

I will be offering mini treatments including Traditional Reflexology & Crystal Chakra Balancing.
A 20 minute treatment for only £15.
