Today, I embarked on an extremely exciting shopping trip to Glastonbury to collect some very important items....
The essential oils, carrier oils & hydrsols I require to complete a full aromatherapy practitioner diploma.... 🤗
Many of you are aware that I have been working with essential oils in my treatments for a while now, something I absolutely adore. I love nothing more than to get all my lotions & potions out & create beautiful message blends for my clients.
So....., about a week ago, I enrolled in a much more in-depth course, which will enable me to use more essential oils & create products beyond massage blends to use only during treatments.
A huge thank you to Chris Sons Of Asgard - Witchcraft Emporium & Magical Apothecary / The Asgard Academy for not only being my personal shopper this week but also for his ongoing support & generosity on my holistic journey. 🙏🏼
If anyone is thinking of completing any type of training in the hoilisic field, then I can't recommend The Asgard Academy enough. Go check them out.

So, once again, I will be on the lookout for case studies. I will let you all know once I reach that stage.... I'm super excited to get stuck in!!

It was so relaxing & the products felt so luxurious on my skin & smelt amazing!!
I have made a rather large order & will be using Tropic products to offer a 'Luxury' Holisic Facial. I will let you all know once this is available to book. ✨️🧖‍♀️✨️

One of my most favourite things to do as a holistic therapist (aside from actually giving a treatment) is to create beautiful massage oil blends.
Today, I am prepping a blend for a client I have later this week for a gorgeous 90-minute aromatherapy massage.
With Litha/ Summer Solstice approaching, I wanted to focus on the magical properties of the oils & their association to this joyest sabbath.
I have chosen:
Frankincense for its association to the sun ☀️
Geranium for its association to the summer 🌸
Patchuli for its association to love ❤️
What has made this little task that little more enjoyable is having a dedicated space in which to create! 🙏🏼🩷✨️
