Many clients present with anger in various forms, so I completed this course to demonstrate my commitment to supporting them through this often challenging emotion, helping to find healthy ways to express this.

Along with the more traditional face-to-face sessions, I now also offer email therapy, phone therapy and instant messaging therapy. These may be more suited to neurodiverse clients or those with illnesses which limit their mobility.

I've been keeping myself busy during my time off work with lots of professional development, reading and completing 2 new diplomas.
