**changes to my working hours and policies**

Unfortunately, I have decided to remove the option for free 30 minute face-to-face sessions for potential clients, due to a lot of non-attendance using up precious time. For every client who doesn't show, that is an hour of my time wasted, and an hour I could have spent with a client who needed that session urgently but had to wait instead.

I will only be offering free 30 minute calls for potential clients from now on, and will require a phone number to confirm bookings. These will only be available between 10am and 2pm.

Apologies for any inconvenience, but as a self employed very busy practitioner, my time is valuable!
