Covid 19 notice
Just a few lines to let you know what we are doing during this difficult time for everyone.
We know that from all the feedback we get from our customers, that their daily serving of our award-winning sheep milk yoghurt and cheese is really important to them.
As a supplier to the UK supermarkets, and other food outlets, our employees are classed as key workers, and we are continuing to supply all our customers.
We regret that despite many requests to do so, due to our products needing to be kept chilled we are unable to send out our yoghurts or cheese to individual customers – the cost of chilled packaging for small orders would make it too expensive, and all our admin staff are working from home so unable to process such individual orders.
However if you are already a customer of Abel & Cole, or Ocado, you will be able to get home deliveries of our yoghurts from them (and cheese from Abel & Cole).
You will also be able to get home deliveries from Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Morrisons, although all of them are of course experiencing unprecedented demand, and could have long waiting times for delivery slots.
Our hygiene standards have already been described as at the level that other businesses should aspire to during audits by the Soil Association, SALSA and M&S, and we have been rigorously reinforcing the current UK Government advice on hand washing, wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and social distancing in our premises by all staff.
We will do our best to continue to supply you with our delicious and healthy yoghurts and cheese products for the foreseeable future!
