The Counseling Room, offers you a safe confidential space to talk through your problems and support you to overcome your difficulties. Most of us feel sad, low in mood, anxious or stressed sometimes this is usually in response to a particular life experience. For some this is short lived, for others it can cause ongoing distress, with a sense of hopelessness about the future, these thoughts and feeling then impact on our quality of life.
