Why come to a Moon Circle?
A moon circle is an invitation to step into the gentle rhythm of the lunar cycle — to slow down, listen, and move in harmony with the phases that quietly shape our energy and emotions.
In each gathering, we keep the group small so there’s room to breathe, reflect, and truly land. Together, we explore what the moon is teaching us at that moment — whether it’s the spacious release of the full moon, the tender beginnings of the new moon, or the subtle shifts in between.
We begin with a cacao ceremony, opening the heart and helping you settle into the present moment. Cacao has a way of softening the edges, making it easier to tune into your own inner tides.
Through guided meditation, we connect with the energy of the current moon phase — noticing what wants to rise, what’s ready to fall away, and where the moon might be nudging you next.
Gentle journaling prompts encourage you to explore these themes more deeply, inviting clarity, grounding and self-awareness. This is your space to reflect on your cycle within the moon’s cycle.
Through journaling & to close, we draw an oracle card, receiving a message of guidance to carry with you through the coming days of the lunar phase.
You don’t need to know anything about moon work — only a willingness to slow down and give the gift of presence to yourself. If you’re curious about aligning your life with lunar flow, finding calm in community, or reconnecting with yourself in a more cyclical way, this circle offers a nurturing place to begin.
