Full moon 🌕 guided sound meditation. We’re back at Child Okeford after taking a break over summer & it falls on the full moon. What a treat 💛

After a gorgeous summer break, Nic & I are so excited to return to Child Okeford Village Hall for our monthly Guided Sound Meditation - Child Okeford - 8th Sept , from 7PM–8.30PM.

This is a truly special place, the hall is at the foot of Hambledon Hill, a site said to sit on potent ley line crossings (Earth energy lines) and marking the base point of the sacred geometry of the Wessex Astrum ✡️.

On Monday evenings the church bells ring out across the village, gently weaving themselves into our meditative words and sounds 🔔💛.

We’ll also still be within the energies of the full moon and lunar eclipse on the 7th so it’s a perfect time and place to gift yourself the space to reflect, release, and reset. 🌕✨

We’re so excited for this one. It's our first outdoor session at the beautiful Horserenity equine therapy centre in Blandford.
We’ll gather on Thursday 19th June from 18:30–20:30 surrounded by nature, with stunning views over Bryanston and (fingers crossed) a golden sunset.
Grounding into the land, held by sound, softening into nature.
Bring a mat (or recliner chair/sunbed/campbed), a blanket, and yourself.

Vikki took some beautiful pictures (as she always does!) of our very special guided sound evening at Gaunts House.
A small intimate group for our first time here, and there was something very natural and lovely in it.
Hard to put into words sometimes how we experience these events, none the less, I am so happy to be offering this with Vikki in more spaces & Gaunts, thankyou, it really felt so good, spacious & light within.

August is traditionally the holiday season. This is a good time to stay in your golden bubble and avoid the outside world. This is not escapism. The more people that can create and remain in their high frequency peaceful calm centred and loving golden bubbles, the more that energy can spread around the planet. The greatest spiritual offering we can make is to hold our frequency high, loving and connected to the divine worlds. People say to me that they like to know what is going on in the world and keep in touch. I wonder what the point is in focussing on the illusory madness of the third dimension. Staying in a calm centred space this month offers you the most wonderful opportunity to prepare for your expansion and the incoming abundance.

Magic evening….

WOW 🤩 Our Meditation Evening last night was truly magickal 💫

The space at The Cedar Tree was perfect with everyone getting a comfy pillow, bolster and blanket to cosy up in.

Nic ‘s soft flowing guidance was dreamy and spacious and her words danced with the sounds of the bowls, gong and tuning forks. Even the church bells got involved!! 🔔 💖

The feedback was fantastic too ….

I will be cohosting an evening of guided meditation and sound journeying with my friend Vikki Seymour in Blandford at the Cedar Tree. Thursday 15th.

We will be holding space for you to find your stillness, to bliss out or simply switch off and rest. Bathed in sounds from Vikki's creativity while I meander with words to help your mind rest in peace.

This is an opportunity for you to journey into your Truth. No limitations, no expectations, freedom to simply be.

Arrive at 6:30pm, for a 6:45pm start, doors will lock at 6:45pm. Come in, have a brew and get yourself familiar with the space, decide how you want to be as you drift deeply into peace.
The journey will last 1hr, so there will be time at the end to gather yourself, acknowledge your own experience or simply float on quietly.
Open to anyone, no experience necessary!
