Yoga Rose My name is Rose Ann I've have been practicing Ashtanga yoga for 10 years and teaching 9 years. She has studied with SHARATH, grandson of the famous Sri K.

Rose Ann has been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 2005 and over the years it’s taken her to London, Thailand, Goa and the home of Ashtanga, Mysore in Southern India. Pattabhi Jois, both in London and in Mysore as well as studying with a number of authorised teachers including John Scott, David Keil, Petri Raisanen, Paul Dallaghan & Kino McGregor. Rose Ann has also studied pranayama with O.P. Tiwari and Ayurveda with Diana Kras, a consultant with Maharishi Ayurveda and an approved trainer for College of Ayurveda (UK). Rose Ann is dedicated to teaching traditional Ashtanga yoga and loves sharing her knowledge and experience. Her classes offer an approachable teaching setting with the emphasis on enjoying yoga, whilst never losing the traditional teachings passed down from teacher to student.

MISSING HAMILTON GIRL
Have you seen Chloe - Please Share

Looking for everybody to share. There’s a missing Hamilton girl, and her family are very concerned.

Have you seen Chloe? Chloe, who is 14 years old and lives in Hamilton hasn’t been seen since yesterday Friday 21st November at 3pm. Considered a missing person, she was last seen getting on a bus in Hamilton to East Kilbride yesterday afternoon. Chloe has ADHD and has her phone with her. We know this as she last contacted a family member at 10pm but the family haven’t heard from her since.

The family are desperately worried and have tried to contact her. The police are involved and are still out looking for her. She is known to hang about the 4 corners in Glasgow City Centre.
