Sound therapy sessions for the soul.

Are you feeling :

Overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed, anxious?

Or maybe you’re looking for things to try that are more wholesome and nurturing for your soul.

Come and experience sound therapy in a small and intimate setting. The studio is warm and welcoming with a beautiful energy. These are really informal sessions, no judgement, no expectations just come as you are.

My aim is to connect women with other like minded women. To create a safe space to relax, de stress, release, let go and share our experiences.

The studio is small and cosy and I have space for 4 beautiful souls.

One hours practice with group reflection (only if you feel comfortable - no pressure) and hot drinks afterwards.

Investment is £25 per person

Sound therapy

Small intimate sound healing sessions for women who feel stressed, tired or emotionally overwhelmed.

No pressure to share. No expectations. Just a calm, safe space to lie down, breathe and let your nervous system soften through sound.

My client often struggles to quieten her mind and was booked this treatment in the hope that she would find some peace and relaxation in her busy schedule.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, tense, overstimulated, drained, tired, anxious or emotionally exhausted?

These could all be an indicator that your nervous system is in a state of fight or flight. When women experience chronic stress the bodies natural response goes into “survival mode” keeping us stuck in flight or flight response. It’s a state of protection rather than safety and can show up as :

Constantly feeling on edge
Anxious, overwhelmed, panicked
Difficulty relaxing, even at rest
Overthinking, rumination, racing thoughts
Emotional overload or numbness
Poor sleep
Fatigue
Hormonal disruption
Jaw tension
Increased skin sensitivity and inflammation

Anchoring the senses through touch, scent and sound.

Grounding breathwork to begin, 30 minute aromatherapy back neck and shoulder massage, 45 minute drain and detoxify facial and 15 minute healing sound bath to restore balance and allow the body and mind to reach a state of rest and digest.
