🧘‍♀️ 9.30AM – Mini & Me Yoga

A nurturing and playful class for parents/carers and babies (from 6 weeks post-partum, or 8–10 weeks after a C-section).

Stretch, strengthen and relax while bonding with your little one and meeting other new parents. Stay for a coffee and a chat afterwards or enjoy a stroll through the beautiful grounds. 👶☕

🌸 11.00AM – Yoga Flow

Ease into the weekend with this gentle, all-levels class combining Yoga, Qi Gong, Chair Yoga, meditation and breathwork.

Move mindfully, connect with nature, and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and re-energised. 🌞

🪷 12.15PM – Chair Yoga

A supportive and accessible class for all ages and abilities — perfect if you prefer to stay seated or have limited mobility.

Stretch, breathe and move in a way that feels good for you. No floor work, no pressure — just gentle movement and relaxation. 🌼

This relaxed post-natal class focuses on:

Thursday Yin Yoga – 7:00pm, some self-care in a busy, crazy world

Take a pause, slow everything down, and give yourself the time and space you deserve.

This Thursday’s Yin class is all about self-care—softening the body, quieting the mind, and creating a little sanctuary in your week.

Yin is a slower, more floor-based practice where we hold passive poses for longer, allowing time and gravity to gently to help release deeply held tension, target specific muscles, organs, and meridians (energy lines), and follow seasonal yoga patterns to restore harmony and balance. It can make you sleep better too.

It’s the perfect way to melt into the weekend.

✨ Suitable for regular yogis and beginners alike
🧘 Mats and props provided (feel free to bring your own)
💻 Also available online via Zoom—bolsters and blocks at home are recommended
