Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, Essential Podiatry NE now has a cancellation and deposit policy to help keep appointments available for all patients!
Essential Podiatry NE – Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Essential Podiatry NE, we value your time and are committed to providing the highest level of care. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments reduce our ability to serve other patients in need of care.
Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.
• Patients who fail to attend an appointment without notice will also be charged the full appointment fee.
Deposit Policy for New Patients
• Due to the frequency of late cancellations and missed appointments, all new patients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
• This deposit will be applied to your appointment fee on the day of your visit.
• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to your rescheduled appointment.
• If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance of the appointment fee will be due.
