Our mission is to support and assist individuals within the community to find meaningful activity to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing so they can thrive. TVHW is a newly formed CIC with a difference, it provides an alternative solution to working with those experiencing social isolation due to mental health difficulties, physical disabilities, ill health and learning difficulties. The

key to our core business and a USP as we re-engage with people at their own pace, to support them to set small goals and assist them to achieve these in a setting that promotes choice, independence and increases confidence

So the Walking Group had an evening celebration 🍾, not just for the 7 birthdays in April, but also for the 5th anniversary of the Walking Group itself. Michael and Neil would like to thank each and every person who has walked with us over those years. We've had fantastic time with all of you, and are extremely grateful for the support you have shown to Tyne Valley Health and Wellbeing.
