Our mission is to support and assist individuals within the community to find meaningful activity to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing so they can thrive. TVHW is a newly formed CIC with a difference, it provides an alternative solution to working with those experiencing social isolation due to mental health difficulties, physical disabilities, ill health and learning difficulties. The key to our core business and a USP as we re-engage with people at their own pace, to support them to set small goals and assist them to achieve these in a setting that promotes choice, independence and increases confidence

So the latest Walking 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♂️ Group was once again intrepid, once again a trio, but despite the deep snow, despite the 100mph winds, and despite the inches deep black ice, the three men walking triumphed. An adventure was had Walking around Shibdon Pond. Another lovely walk was had.
