Gardening season is kicking off!! Sunshine π keeps popping out and the temptation to head off into the garden for hours is upon us! Just remember, ask yourself 'What's the weekly average time I've spent in the garden over the last 3 weeks?' .....If the answer is very little then don't plan for a mammoth session this weekend.
The body usually works off consistency. If you suddenly increase an activity it hasn't been consistently doing ...chances are you are going to feel it somewhere afterwards.
Start small and build consistently each week. Think.. vary your postures, use the hips and knees to bend low, as able, and try not to just bend at the back all the time..... take breaks......but enjoy βοΈβ€οΈ
