Therapies and Workshops take place in 'Yoko Yurt' overlooking the Somerset levels. I am a qualified Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Practitioner, Archangel Practitioner, MBTI and OPQ consultant, Author and Podcaster. Please read more in my Bio further below. My core practice hours are Fridays 2-5:30 pm and Saturdays 2pm-5pm. I can occasionally offer ad hoc appointments on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons so please do message me using sonya@mendipreiki-healingarts.co.uk if you would like to request an alternative day and time. My Bio:
Sonya started her journey in personal development and holistic studies over 20 years ago when she was a 'Change Consultant' for Astrazeneca. In this role, she qualified in 'OPQ' personality testing and 'Myers Briggs Type Indicator' coaching. She used both tools to help people better understand themselves and work more effectively within teams. She soon blended this expertise with holistic studies, qualifying as a Master healer in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, then as a Crystal Therapist and more recently as an Archangel practitioner. Today she uses her knowledge of Jung's personality theory, qualification as a Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Therapy and 'Quantum Field' knowledge to assist people in their quest for personal transformation and healing. She acts as both a conduit of healing energy and a catalyst for change, to help people realise their true potential, awaken their innate intuition and ultimately realise their Soul Contracts in life. She has been inspired and guided by world leaders such as Caroline Myss, Greg Braden and Joe Dispenza, travelling as far as Arizona to benefit from their wise guidance and elevate her knowledge and understanding of spirituality, quantum physics and mindfulness. She practices as a transformation therapist from her healing centre 'Mendip Reiki Healing Arts' and is also a passionate graduate ceramic artist producing nature inspired pottery from her home studio in Bleadon Village, North Somerset 'Sonya Ceramic Art'. This creative outlet is Sonya's own personal therapy, allowing her to ground and connect with her innate gifts and the power of the elements. Sonya is a published author, having written 'Gathering Insights' in 2018 which is a fun, insightful book, encouraging people to answer enlightening questions during social gatherings. This idea then lead to her current podcast, also called 'Gathering Insights', which explores insightful learning, to use in our every day lives.

So grateful we could rest in light and joy in each other’s presence for this time together 🙏

It’s Time To Enlighten And Transform

I’m so excited to have launched my healing website, and page offering a treasure chest of healing therapies, coaching, mentoring, craft therapy and soon to be available workshops. It’s the first time I’ve built a website from scratch myself; I’ve had so much fun, and it’s given me a chance to use all the photographs I love to capture (often while I walk in nature) use my creative ability to design, and also collate all my healing experience from the last 10 years so I can offer you a suite of transformative experiences.
